Payment is due in full 72 hours prior each appointment.
All payments are non-refundable. No exceptions.
Appointments that are not paid in full 72 hours prior will be cancelled and it is the client's responsibility to reschedule.
SCHEDULING/CANCELLATION
Every session is scheduled in advance. I put time and thought into preparing for your appointment, and plan my day around it. A session scheduled for you is a session that was not available for someone else to book.
As a courtesy to you, other clients and me:
A text appointment reminder will be sent several days prior to your appointment, requesting confirmation. You must text a reply at least 24 hours prior to confirm your appointment. If you do not reply confirming your appointment at least 24 hours beforehand, it will be cancelled.
You must notify me of reschedule requests or cancellations by text or email no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you reschedule or cancel an appointment more than 24 hours prior, the fee will be applied to your next visit.
If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours prior to your appointment or don't show up for your appointment, the fee is forfeited, and will not apply to future appointments.
